Returns and Exchanges
At Emme Cadeau, even though we craft our products to the highest quality, we understand if your new purchase does not work out the way you would like.
HOW DO I RETURN?(1) Read the return policy below
You may return your order to Emme Cadeau Inc. for a refund to your original form of payment (credit or debit) or exchange for another item of similar price.
- Merchandise and original packaging must be returned within 21 days of receipt of your order (or your return shipment must be postmarked within 21 days from the receipt of your order) in new, and unused condition. We suggest that when you are trying on shoes before you've decided to keep them, you only walk on carpets in order to protect the soles of the shoes. Walking on outdoor surfaces before you have decided to keep them can lead to signs of wear on the outsoles. Returned merchandise must include the originally purchased shoes, the original shoe box, dust bag and also a copy of the original receipt.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, all items are subject to inspection. Emme Cadeau reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements which include: (a) Merchandise must not be worn, damaged or altered (including shoe box and dust bag). (b) None of the items included as part of the originally shipped merchandise should be missing from the returned merchandise (c) Shoes should not show any signs of wear, scratches, dirt or scuff marks.
- Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you.
- Shipping charges for your order at time of purchase are non-refundable
- If you wish to exchange for another size in the same design, or another shoe of similar price, that cost of shipping is on us.
(2) Write to firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your return request
- your order number,
- email address associated with the order,
- the name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange,
- the number of items to be returned/exchanged
- reason for the return/exchange
- Return shipping? That's on us!!
- The shoe you ordered too big or too small and you want to try another size? That's on us too!! We will ship the new size out to you free of charge once the previous pair has been returned.
A return shipping label will be emailed to you once processed
- Exchange for a different size in the same style and color: After the returned item is checked and approved for restocking, the new size will be shipped to you
- Exchange for a different style or different color within a style: After the returned item is checked and approved for restocking a refund will be applied to the original form of purchase. You will then be able to purchase the new item.
(3) Using the brown shipping box originally provided, remove the old shipping label and affix the new prepaid return shipping label that we provide, onto the brown box. Place all merchandise and the original invoice in the brown box, tape the box closed securely and drop off in the U.S. mail. We kindly ask that you do not send your return using a personal shipping label as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. We request that you use the shipping label we provide to you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We kindly ask that you allow 2 to 10 business days from the day your return is approved, for receipt of your refund - processing time may be longer during peak periods.
